This transformation was initially misspelled as 'Levathian' in Afterbirth but has been. This transformation is based on the biblical creature of the same name. Sanguine Bond's spikes have a 1 chance to transform Isaac into Leviathan. Since Keepers are the bodyless versions of Greed, the name "Keeper" probably originated from "Shopkeeper". After obtaining 3 evil items listed below ( 3 items with the devil item tag), Isaac turns into a Lovecraftian horror, gains 2 Black Hearts, and gains flight.
